From Points South and New Jersey Via George Washington
Bridge
George Washington Bridge N/W to Cross Bronx Expressway West
(I-95).
Exit onto Route 87 North (Major Deegan/New York Thruway).
Follow I-87 to Mclean Avenue Exit. See Below. |
From Points North:
Interstate 95 South to I-287 West.
Follow I-287 until New York Thruway (I-87).
Merge onto I-87 South (Thruway).
Follow I-87 to Mclean Avenue Exit. See Below. |
From Mclean Ave Exit off I-87:
Exit I-87 to the North / West (towards Hudson River) it
is #14.
Go N/W onto Mclean Ave for 1-2 miles until road ends at
South Broadway.
Turn right (north) onto South Broadway.
Proceed on South Broadway until 2nd traffic light.
Turn left onto Ludlow Street.
Follow Ludlow across Riverdale Avenue.
Go through 1 stop-light after Riverdale Ave.
Royal Enterprises is at 170 Ludlow Street on left.
Building is positioned on sloping bridge that crosses
railroad tracks.
If you go too far, Ludlow Street will end ¾ block West of
building at Hudson River. |
From Long Island:
Follow LIE to Clearview Expressway.
Go over Throgs Neck Bridge, follow signs to 95 South.
Take 95 S to Interstate 87 North (Major Deegan).
Take exit #14 off I-87 onto Mclean Ave (go N/W or left).
Follow Mclean Ave for 1-2 miles until road ends at South
Broadway.
Turn right (north) onto South Broadway.
Proceed on South Broadway until 2nd traffic light.
Turn left onto Ludlow Street.
Follow Ludlow across Riverdale Avenue. |
