Puro Caff® Powder Dairy Cleaner
Instructions for Use
(For Professional Results Perform Daily)
For Automatic Frothing Instruments:
1) Mix 1 1/2 ounces of Puro Caff® Powder Dairy Cleaner with 1 quart
of cold water.
2) Insert suction tube of auto frother into Puro Caff®
Dairy Cleaner
solution.
3) Activate auto frother and catch drawn solution in an empty
container of a capacity at least equal to that of the container in
which the solution was mixed.
4) Rinse by inserting suction tube into 1 quart of clean cold water.
Activate auto frother and let
entire quart pass through auto frother.
For Manual Steam Tubes:
1) Mix 1 1/2 ounces of Puro Caff® Powder Dairy Cleaner with 1 quart
of cold water.
2) Dip steam tube into solution; let soak for 3 to 5 minutes.
3) Rinse by dipping in clean water and activate steam for 5 seconds.
4) Remove clean water, direct steam tube into drain tray and
activate steam to blow tube dry.
For Autosteam™:
1) Mix 1 1/2 ounces of Puro Caff® Powder Dairy Cleaner with 1 quart
of cold water.
2) Insert steam arm into solution. Activate steam on and off ten
times.
3) Rinse by inserting steam arm in clean cold water and activating
steam on and off an additional 10
times.
